Second Floor.
For mill sounds and soprano saxophone
Most of the recordings were taken from the second floor of a historic windmill in East Westphalia. Stones, levers, ropes and chains were once more set in motion.
Togother noise recordings as well as sounds from the soprano saxophone (vocal fry sounds recorded through the corpus, multi-phonics), which I recorded myself. The title refers to the second floor of the mill, but also to the second flour or the floor of the second.
